Dr. Collins specializes in mindfulness-based psychotherapy integrating cognitive therapy, hypnosis, guided-imagery and early family of origin work to strengthen your resources for change.  She offers group work, individual, couple and family psychotherapy focused on such issues as anxiety, panic disorder, depression, relationship issues, stress-related physical problems and support with life transitions.
